Cranky Baby Workout

I've come up with the perfect money-making idea. Not only will it help me to be able to quit my job, but I'm pretty sure that I will catapult our family into stardom.

"Cranky Baby Workout Videos"

It's GENIUS!! Moms will no longer have to wait the required 6 weeks to start trying to drop that baby weight!! All you need is a very cranky baby, or at least a needy one that wants to be held constantly, and a TV with VCR. Yes...VCR...I'm only gonna release my video on a VCR just to make it more exclusive. You know how Apple wants you to do it their way, so you end up buying and downloading all of their products. well, same goes here! For some reason if it's more of a pain to get, we all jump through hoops to have it.

Anyway, back to the video. It will consist of some fun but somewhat soothing dance music for you to pace your living room with. I'm thinking some "Micharl Buble", maybe a little "airplanes" for the hip-hop track...mix it up a little. You hold your baby in whatever position they scream the LEAST in, and follow my moves:

"The Baby Worm" - this adds a little arm toning while swaying back and forth. Just lift ur left arm, then as you lower the left, raise the right so baby looks like they're doing the worm!

"Love Handle Loser" - this involves some serious rotating side to side to really feel it! Not to mention your baby will probably really like it!

I don't wanna give away all my secret moves, but I have to say theyve helped me get all the way back to pre-baby weight in just about a month. You only have to commit to about 3 hours a day/night, and the best part? You have a NO-FAIL partner to make sure you don't try to skip out on your workout...Try telling your baby you don't feel like working out (soothing them) that day. I think you'll change your mind REAL quick when they start in with the guilt trip (aka screaming).

All I'm looking for is a few friends who are willing to spandex it up in the background as my backup dancers. Oh, and Ill need the token "modified workout person." You know, the one who uses a chair to balance? So you guys just let me know...gotta get back to my workout!!
