After the summer we've had, we couldn't be MORE ready for Fall! We got an amazing break from the 100 degree temps this weekend, and we took full advantage of hanging out outside. We even went to WalMart to get Gavin this car Ive been wanting him to have forever, so we could push him around the neighborhood. Silly me thought that we could just pull it out of the box and start playing. But Daddy knew better, and went to work on assembly. Good thing he has his trusty sidekick, Gavin, to help!

Sunday evening we went to a cookout at the Burnell's house. Jim Burnell is a pretty awesome cook, and he smoked some ribs, bologna, and pork tenderloin. Everyone else brought sides and desserts which were all pretty awesome! The Thedfords came with Miley, Halen and Keller, so Gavin had plenty of buddies to hang out with.

Monday we spent another day outside with Gavin. He loved all his new toys and couldn't get enough of the beautiful weather!
