Every Friday (almost), the boys and I head up to my Dad's work and eat breakfast with him. Gav looks forward to it every week, and when we pull up outside his work, he starts yelling "Grandpa" (which sounds like "Bamta") Crew has several more months before he gets to join in on breakfast fun, but still likes to hang out!
A few weeks ago, we also went swimming at my Dads pool. Eric was in a golf tournament, so the boys and I loaded up to spend the day outside swimming. Gavin got a new mower and pushed it all over the patio, played in the water, and worked on his kicking/swimming skills. We had a great time!

Finally, last weekend we spent at Lake Texoma with my Dad, Renee, and Bryce. We ended up swimming instead of going out on the boat, and it was so much fun! Gavin decided that he wanted to swim on his own. He would pull away from us, jump off the tanning shelf into Eric's arms, and laugh and scream like crazy! It was so much fun to watch. His favorite things about the lake are the golf cart, and driving/riding in the Battery powered Escalade!
My Dad had 3 girls, so he wasn't too sure about boy babies. But ever since Ive had my two boys, I think he's adjusted pretty well! I love to see him playing or trying to keep up with Gavin's antics. And Gavin is always so happy to see him too! We love you Grandpa!
