Juicy Lucy Night!!

Yesterday was so beautiful, and we FINALLY got to hang out in Mom's new backyard. Last fall she spent a lot of time working on it and having a big fireplace and pergola installed. We've just been waiting for the perfect day to grill some good food!

How do you make Juicy Lucy's you ask? Well....you make two thin hamburger patties, and put some cheese (any kind) in between them. Smash the two patties together to make one kinda larger hamburger, and season how you want.

Have a professional chef, or 3, grill them just perfect!

When they are finished, cheese should ooze out a little at a time while you eat and it's the most AMAZING burger you will ever have!
