MAJOR Update!

I can't hold it in anymore! Eric and I are so excited to report that we are having a baby! After over a year and a half of waiting, and some very difficult times through all of this, our miracle is on the way! We obviously have kept this to ourselves for quite some time, and now that I am almost out of the first trimester, we feel comfortable celebrating with our friends and family.

We have been to the dr several times, and he is monitoring me very closely for any changes. But so far, he says there is no cause for concern. The real miracle behind all of this is that there were no fertility drugs involved. It's not that I am against them at all, but the fact that it could happen without the drugs means that my body might actually cooperate with me for once. Im definitely having all the early pregnancy symptoms, but there was a time that I have begged for symptoms to be present, and I won't take it back now! Amy says "it's just your baby saying HELLO!" in hopes that it makes me feel better! LOL

Our due date is November 14th, and that seems to be a popular month for babies! I can't believe we'll have a baby to celebrate the holidays with this year!

Im playing catch up a little bit with some ultrasound and belly pics below. :)

6 1/2 week ultrasound - pretty much nothing but the yolk sac and fetal pole
7 1/2 week ultrasound - no clue what we've got going on here, but if the Dr says we're good, I believe him!

10 weeks 4/18/10

10 week ultrasound 4/19/10 - This was by far the most amazing ultrasound b/c it actually LOOKS like a baby! Not to mention we have a dancing baby on our hands! It was so cool to see him/her moving arms and legs all around!!

12 weeks - gettin a lil chunky! ;)

I still pray every night for a healthy happy and growing baby. It's in God's hands now, and we're pretty comfortable with that! :) Keep growing little Baby Fischy!
