First, let me just say that I missed this little man more than you can imagine...
I drank way too much of this in California...
I can't WAIT to blog about the beautiful wedding we attended...here's a peak at the venue

While we were away, I TOTALLY missed this whole "Rapture" talk. I have no idea what it is, except I kept seeing status updates about the world ending and if it was "did they still need to clean house?" Needless to say I am glad we're still here today, my house is clean, and I survived the supposed End of the World. Phew! Dodged that bullet!
Speaking of NOT dodging bullets...I can't believe all of the sad news from Joplin, MO and their tornadoes. So horrible for all of the people that lost their lives and their homes. Sadly, us Oklahomans know way too much about Mother Nature's wrath. Hopefully we don't get anything like that this year. My anxiety about storms keeps going up!
What would you grab if you had to grab the essentials? I always go over that in my head, and right now i feel like my list is solid in my head. But it's like the grocery store for me. No matter how sure I am of what I need from the store, the second I walk in, I TOTALLY FORGET! I mean, I start walking down the cat food aisle, and I dont even have a cat! So if I ever had to follow through on my storm plan thats all laid out in my head, it would be a disaster. So I think I'll just stick to Gavin, Eric and Lexi as my priorities. Who cares about marriage licenses, homeowners insurance docs, picture albums (they're all online anyway now), and tennis shoes ("Im going without shoes" - Dane Cook) . All I care about is the safety of the people (and dog) I love.
Moving on with my rambling...let me just tell you about a new thing that used to be cool and now gets on my nerves. I LOVE Redbox. Actually, its probably better to say "loved" redbox. Because it was a great thing, and I even have an app on my phone to reserve a movie and then I dont have to drive to more than one redbox to find the movie I want to rent. So I rent all the time at the one by my house. I reserve it beforehand, and even when there's a line, it doesn't make me in a bad mood bc I know my movie is reserved. Fast forward to last week...I reserved a movie on my phone, and headed to the Walgreens by my house. I get there, and there is NOT ONE BUT TWO lines!! Two lines bc now there are 2 redboxes. 2??? Which one did I reserve my movie on? I have no idea, so I have to wait in one line, swipe my card, only to find out this is not the one that has my reservation. So then I have to wait in the other line and FINALLY, 15 minutes later, I get my movie! Never mind that the machines have an "A" and a "B" on them. Nowhere on my app does it tell you if you are reserving at box "A" or "B". So now Im on a new mission to find places with only 1 redbox. Why mess up a good thing people!!?
But maybe sometimes I have too much of a good thing?? The Starbucks guy this morning (who almost knows me by name, or by coffee order) said "See you tomorrow!" I was like, "hmmm...do I have a problem or something?" But now my dilemma is this: I wasn't even planning on going tomorrow. I usually only go to Starbucks in the mornings like twice a week, but I guess his mornings run together and he thinks its a lot more often. So should I go back tomorrow, so as not to disappoint???
This concludes my Rambling Monday. I hope you all have a rambling Monday of your own! :)

You're funny! Just had to get some stuff out? :)
