My little lovie, you are 2 months old! You have been growing like a weed, and I can't wait until we get to go to your 2 month appt and get your stats! You are so alert and loving all that's going on around you. You love to be talked to and smile back at us all the time. You even have a little dorky giggle that you do sometimes when you get excited. You are pretty ticklish on your feet and also on your sides. You are losing some hair due to cradle cap, but we've got most of it under control for now. You just look like you already have a receding (sp?) hairline. Im sure it will grow back though, so don't worry! Every morning when Gavin wakes up, he looks for you, and says "Bubby" nonstop until I show you to him on the monitor, or until he finds you. He tries to help me by throwing away your diapers after I change you, or jamming your bink into your mouth. Sometimes he also tries to sit with you or on top of you, obviously not knowing he's going to hurt you...we're working on that! Keep growing little one, love you very much!
At 2 months, you:
- Sleep a solid 8-9 hours each night, eat, then sleep another 3 hours.
- You are still in Size 1 diapers, and 0-3 and 3 month tops. We don't wear too many pants around here, but you can wear 3 month pants.
- You HATE your carrier, and won't ever stay asleep in it except if the car is moving, and sometimes not even then.
- Your bouncer is your favorite place to be. You've almost given up the swing altogether.
- You get pretty mad when you get the hiccups, and you don't like to be held laying down. You would rather sit up and see where you're at.
- Still all breastmilk, drinking about 4 oz every 3 hours.
8-9 hours?!?! You lucky gal! I don't know many 2 month olds that do that! He is a cutie! I can't wait to see him again! :)
