8 Months!!

This little busy boy is 8 months old this week and growing by the minute! Im always amazed when another month flies by and we get closer to 1 year of you being with us! So many things are happening in our lives right now, and you take them all in stride. You are so easy going, and never complain no matter what shenanigans we decide to take on! Shopping, jogging, eating out, long car rides, drs appts, WHATEVER! And you have that sweet smile on your face the whole time!

Here are some notable changes:

- You are pulling up on all your toys! Every time I walk away and come back, you've found something to pull yourself up with. Lexi doesn't necessarily like to be used for this, but you try anyway!
- I can't get you to stay asleep any later than 6:15 am. I really should complain bc you sleep about 11 hours, but im just hoping for a 7:30 wake up one day soon!
- You love puffs, goldfish, cheerios, and anything else that you can get your hands on! We have no issues with food
- You say Mama and Dada and Babababa all the time.
- You have started laughing so much at random things we say or do. You love for me to silly dance in front of you!
- You LOVE your Mommy and Daddy. You've definitely started showing preference to us over anyone else.
- No crawling for you yet. You still love to roll, and you can get to whatever you want by a combination of scooting and rolling. It's a whole lot more work than just crawling, but you're fine with this method of travel for now.

Sweet Boy
Your Nana and Papa made a trip back to see you this week and I think you remember them! The smiles started not long after they walked in the door! I think you missed them!

One of my favorite things to watch you do (and Erics) is when you are riding in the car and you stare out the window like a big boy. We always wonder what you are thinking, and think you are growing up too fast! We love you little man!
