The wedding party all arrived Friday afternoon, and we got to stay in these little cabins all lined in a row like a mini neighborhood. Right out in front of our cabins was the area that the wedding would take place. Everything was so pretty, except the weather on Friday! We arrived at the Ranch only to be BLOWN AWAY by the 50+ mph winds! It was about 40 degrees outside and it looked like a tornado could pop up at any minute.
Our goody baskets in our room when we arrived! One look outside, and our plans to wear cute dresses and nice slacks for the rehearsal went out the window! Everyone stayed in their warm boots and fleece jackets and whatever they could find for our winter weather! We practiced inside at first, then headed outside so we knew where everything would happen the next day.

Best Man, MOH, Bride and Dad
Don't mind the dog, Oscar, who wanted to be a part of the wedding
After the rehearsal we all went to the Lodge where they made some delicious chicken fried steaks for everyone! Later that evening, we all hung out in the rec room where Scott's musical family played guitars, bongos, harmonicas, pianos, and sang to all sorts of music all evening. It's so cool to see such a musical family!
The next day we got up and had a brunch for the girls in the Lodge. We spent all day in there, just hanging out and getting ready. The guys went fishing and helped set up for the wedding.
My Mom brought Gavin to the wedding in his super cute baby tux and he was ready to party!

The weather ended up being absolutely beautiful on Saturday. Im still not even sure how it could change from crazy winds to perfectly sunny and calm. (But that's Oklahoma weather for you)
Scott's Dad said something that made everyone teary-eyed the night of the wedding. He said "Friday night I walked up to Scott with all the wind and cold and said "Do you think someone's trying to tell you something?" And then Saturday morning, when everything was calm and perfect outside, I said it again: "Do you think someone's trying to tell you something?" I think that is so true and so fitting for the occasion.
